You won the Auction. You able to defeat your opponents in a fierce competition for the perfect item. Knowing that soon you will become the owner of a very attractive piece of hardware, perfume or toy induces excitement and takes you into a state of euphoria.
When immediate emotions have subsided, the question arises: What do I need to do in order to get the auctioned product? To fully enjoy the victory, you have to pay for the successful Auction. Only then will your dream item be sent to you. In the text below you will find out what the procedure is for payment and shipping.
Only after positive verification of winning the Auction can you make payments for auctioned items. After logging in proceed to My Account → Auctions → Won and click on the Pay button next to the winning Auction. After this step, select the method of payment and you will see a summary of transactions and data, which is located on the invoice. If this is your first time winning an auction you will need to enter your shipping information before the item is shipped. If you’ve previously won an Auction, you will be able to enter data which is stored in the system from prior auctions. This address will be the address all your auctioned items will be sent to, so it’s important to state your current place of residence where you are present most often. This is important because this data can not be modified, and a change of address will take place only in justified cases.
You have 7 days from the date winning the item to pay it, but most people don’t tend to postpone it for later. In the end, the sooner you pay, the sooner you will be able to enjoy your dream product. The amount you have to pay includes the value of auctioned goods and shipping and handling cost, which are specified in advance, but differ for each item. The pricing information can always be found in the Auction details.
If you become the winner of several Auctions of the same category (ex. you manage to get a camera on the Auction and a second lens) you have for pay shipping separately. This is due to the fact that the auctioned products may come from different vendors. Therefore there is no possibility of merging orders to pay for delivery only once. When Customer Service receives confirmation of your payment, the goods will be sent to you within a maximum of 14 days. After you have given your shipment information you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains information about the name of the courier company and waybill number. Watch for the courier every day, because it can turn up a bit earlier than expected :).
Remember that in the package you receive will not be the invoice. You can print off an invoice in PDF format within 30 days of payment by entering the My Account tab → Auctions → Won. You should keep this document as a proof of purchase, and as the basis for a warranty guarantee or a complaint.
