After registering in the Service and fully activating your Account or few moments after winning an Auction, you have received an e-mail from the Service and the e-mail informed you about the verification procedure. You may be surprised and a bit worried but there is nothing to fear! In the following text we’ll show you how easy it is.
According to the dictionary definition, „verification” is a process in order to verify and confirm the truth, the compatibility of certain specific factors, events, tasks, data. This procedure is carried out also at the Service of wellbid.com. When the verification happens? At the Service of wellbid.com verification can start within a day or a few days after creating an Account. It aims to establish the authenticity of the profile created by you and verify your identity with the data entered into the system during registration.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions you are aware that any information you entered on the form must be true and valid. The verification process can take place after your first win and may last from a few minutes to several days. If your Account is verified positively, you will receive information via e-mail on the date of payment for the auctioned item. In case when a violation of the Terms and Conditions has occurred (eg. cooperation with other Auction participants, having more than one account), your won Auction can be verified negatively and your Account will be blocked and your BIDs can be forfeited.
What should you do if you receive an e-mail about the verification process? If we start the verification process you will receive an e-mail from the Service with a request to enclose copy/scan of an official document confirming your identity. You have nothing to fear – your data is secure and used only to carry out the verification process.
How do I upload documents? As we don’t accept files sent via e-mails for security reasons, use the file manager located in the My Account → My data. Then please follow the instructions and then attach files in acceptable formats, such as jpg, bmp, png, tiff, pdf. You have 7 days to send the required documents to the Service. If you do not not meet the deadline, your account will be automatically blocked either by the system or by Customer Service person. You will be informed via e-mail about this fact.
Unfortunately, in such circumstances, your access to your account will be limited – you will not be able to bid on or buy BIDs. There is no reason to be worried about the verification process.
