Wellbid conducts two types of verification: completed Auction verification and User Account verification. We are committed to maintaining the safety and security of our Users and ensuring Auction integrity. The verification process allows Wellbid to prevent violations of the Terms and Conditions that could be in any way detrimental to other Users.

Auction verification begins immediately after the conclusion of bidding and takes from a few minutes up to several days. If you have won an Auction but are unable to pay for it yet, it is most likely because the verification process is still in progress. Please wait until you receive a message with confirmation of your win – from that point, you will have 7 days to complete your payment.

veryfication_MFAccount verification may begin immediately after you create your Account or after you win your first Auction. It is used to check the authenticity of your profile information. You will be requested to submit a copy of a state-issued document that confirms your identity. The document should be uploaded using the form located under MY ACCOUNT → My Information → Account Verification.

Remember! Account and Auction verification is conducted with our Users’ security in mind. Your information is completely safe and only used for verification purposes.
